This leadership position involves managing a team of HR professionals and driving HR initiatives, including recruitment, talent management, employee development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and overall vision. Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Address performance issues, provide coaching to managers, and ensure effective disciplinary processes. Ensure HR systems are up to date and support efficiency in HR processes. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational behavior. Proven experience in managing and developing HR teams. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
